1. Get a pen. (I prefer those Liquid Type Roller Pen.)


2. Get your planner or notebook for 2020.


3. Write a list of things to do everyday mostly at home.


4. You can add drawings or stickers as encouragement.


5. Check them off when completed or strike them out.


6. Feel Good. Repeat.
